This type of group is used to cut all kinds of profiles and colored solid sections, including aluminum. Usually, the positive angle of the teeth is 5, 10 and 16 degrees.

Angle of variable band saw teeth

The first type: the angle of the teeth is 0 degrees and compared to the angle of the teeth of 0 degrees in fixed teeth, it has better chip removal and is very useful for cutting all types of pipes, profiles and solid metal sections.
The second type: the angle of the teeth is positive. And the teeth are inclined towards the front. This group has high chip removal and penetration and also has a very favorable cutting speed and is used for cutting all kinds of heavy metal sections and thick walls. It should be noted that in most manufacturing companies, the positive angle of the teeth is 5, 10 and 16 degrees.
